Amber Heard 'Bloody Lip' Photo, Johnny Depp's Team Say It's Bogus

The judge shot down the photo that was supposed to be used in the trial because it wasn't submitted in time.

Heard claimed in her testimony. Johnny struck her in the mouth during an argument, saying that he was in one of these fights and we were in the kitchen living room area.

She said that he wears a lot of rings. I felt like my lip went into my teeth, and then it got a little blood on the wall. Just a small amount of blood on the wall.

We have obtained a photo Heard says she took after the alleged incident, showing a cut on her lip, and a note that says "I shall return xxx"

The photo Heard's legal team wanted to show the jury was the same one they never submitted during the discovery phase of the case. The photo was never introduced into evidence because the judge agreed with the attorneys.

In the UK defamation case, the first violent incident was a year after the photo was taken.

The timing of the photo makes sense as a source close to amber says she messed up her dates in the UK case and that it showed the alleged abuse from Johnny began in early 2012

The photo and alleged incident are just one example of countless physical violence claims both Heard and Depp have leveled against each other through the trial.

Johnny's team claimed that over the years, the allegations have evolved with new and convenient details, and that she had been scheming to give the performance of her life in this trial.

When the case is back in session on May 16, it is expected that Amber will be back on the stand.
