It is understandable to get worried when your peripherals do things you have never seen before. The light on the dualShock controller does not flash white. There are two main reasons you might see the flashing white light on your controller, either the battery is dying or the controller failed to connect to your console. Both of these things are fixable.

If you want to get back to enjoying your games with the best PS4 controllers available, you need to fix the problems yourself. Here is how to start.

You can use a variety of methods to fix the problem, including changing out theusb cable you are using to reset the console. We will run you through each measure you can take to try and get your dualShock 4 working again.

Check your USB cable

The cables can be brittle. Replacing your old charging cord with shiny new ones is one of the easiest fixes. If you want your controller to charge, you should pick up some basic charging cables that work well with the dual shock controller.

That's all it takes

You may have a faulty controller if none of the steps above work. It happens if your controllers are not handled with care. I am sure that using controllers as a hammer is not good for children. If that is the case, you may need to return it to the store you bought it from or get a new one.
