Punjab Finance Minister seeks judicial probe into Amit Shah’s son’s firm

Hyderabad: Punjab finance minister Manpreet Badal of the Congress on Wednesday demanded that the Centre constitute a judicial probe to investigate into the business dealings of BJP national president Amit Shah’s son Jay Shah. He along with TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, while speaking to mediapersons, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi who claimed to be a champion in eradicating corruption, should speak about the scam.

Mr Badal was deputed by the AICC to the state as part of the national campaign against the alleged scam involving BJP leaders. He said it was an issue of national importance as the turnover of Mr Jay Shah’s company had increased substantially during the BJP rule.
