Delta hits back at Ann Coulter’s \

Ann Coulter sent an army of tweets insulting Delta, and employees after she was moved from a seat she had booked

After an inflight seat mishap over the weekend, conservative provocateur Ann Coulter took her anger to social media with a series of tweets that Delta Airlines later said was a public attack on their employees and was “unnecessary and unacceptable.”

The incident began on Saturday when Coulter was bumped from what she said was her pre-booked and pre-paid for booked seat with extra room to another, less comfortable, seat on her flight from New York City to West Palm Beach Florida, according to NBC.

Just when you think it’s safe to fly them again, the worst airline in America is STILL: @Delta

What followed was a barrage of over 30 tweets that included public insults to Delta, the flight attendants on her plane, the Wifi and the woman who was given Coulter’s original seat, in a tirade that has even poured late into Sunday night. “Does your union hate you, @Delta? Not really worth spending all that money on planes when @Delta gate staff give your seat away,” one tweet read.

“Why are you taking me out of the extra room seat I specifically booked, @Delta?’ Flight attendant: “I don’t know.” pic.twitter.com/a0M1faZXMu

.@Delta didn’t give my extra room seat to an air marshall or tall person. Here’s the woman given my PRE-BOOKED seat: pic.twitter.com/iDNB8xXXOd

“Suck-ass @Delta spends all this $$$ on beautiful aircraft & then hire Nurse Ratchets as flight attendants & gate agents,” another read. She also berated the process in which Delta hires its employees. 8220;@Delta employee questionnaire: What is your ideal job: Prison guard? Animal handler? Stasi policeman? All of the above: HIRED!”

On Sunday night Delta tweeted a response in which the company apologized for moving her from the original seat she booked and refunded her the cost, which was $30. In a second tweet the company said her behavior was “unacceptable and unnecessary.”

@AnnCoulter We’re sorry you did not receive the preferred seat you paid for and will refund your $30. (cont.)

@AnnCoulter Additionally, your insults about our other customers and employees are unacceptable and unnecessary.

The rest of Twitter, of course, had some great reactions to the entire ordeal.

Ann Coulter=”Blacks need to get over their victim mentality”
Ann Coulter has to change seats on Delta=”Oh my God, I’m being victimized!”

I can’t believe Ann Coulter has managed to make normal people sympathize with a Big Three airline.

I totally get it. It costs me 75k to brush my teeth. I must pre-select a brush, investigate types of paste, and periodically spit bullshit❄️

One time Ann Coulter ordered an egg white omelet and it came with full eggs so she hit 3 people with her car.
